Ben Schwab has been a working professional in Real estate and property management for over 14 years. He got his start in residential and commercial rentals and sales, as an agent in New York City in 2002. He has since cultivated vast experience in all aspects of residential sales and property management experience. He is currently a Property manager and real estate broker in Palm Beach County, Florida; with clients ranging from buyers and sellers of single family homes (condos & town homes), to investors holding investment property portfolio’s. Ben is a professional property manager; and his clients rely on his expertise in all aspects of identifying, negotiating, acquiring, and managing investment (and other) properties.

Originally from the Netherlands and has since lived in several countries across the globe from South Africa, Spain, Belgium to UAE and now in sunny Miami Florida. Roel is an inspiring Real Estate investor who is building his own portfolio of single family, multi family and commercial Real Estate. He has extensive 12+ years of corporate experience, including working for multi nations such as Oracle, Henkel and G4S. Roel holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and master’s degree in Marketing.
